Russell Mackenzie - Physiotherapist Russell graduated from Uni SA in 1994 with Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy with First Class Honours. He worked in Mildura for two years in private practice before returning to Adelaide to work at TQEH. He was Orthopaedic and Rheumatology Senior Physiotherapist between 2001 and 2004. He then left TQEH to work at a private practice in the Eastern suburbs who were among the pioneers of Pilates in SA, and with a strong McKenzie background. After 15 years of practicing physiotherapy, he decided to embark on his own private practice, with the principles of hands-on treatment, Pilates and exercise therapy and teaching the skills of self management. Russell has a keen interest in pain management and helping those with chronic pain conditions through the use of pain education and novel therapies directed at the CNS as well as the peripheral tissues. Russell is a credentialled McKenzie Therapist. With a competitive swimming background, he also has an interest in sports injuries and is a member of the APA Sports Physiotherapy Group and the APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Group. |

Kirsty Beinke - Physiotherapist Kirsty graduated from the University of South Australia in 2002 and has worked in both private practice and hospital settings. Her experience includes working as Senior Orthopaedic Physiotherapist in Oxford, and more recently in private practice in Adelaide. Kirsty’s private practice work has involved a strong emphasis on hands-on treatment and exercise therapy. She has a special interest in using exercise and education in the management of musculoskeletal conditions and she is a member of both the APA Sports Physiotherapy Group and the APA Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Group. She has undertaken additional training in Pilates, dry needling and the McKenzie spine method. |

Lori Brittle - Massage Therapist Lori is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist. She specialises in sports massage (preparation and recovery), pregnancy massage, and remedial massage. Lori utilises various techniques in her approach to treatment. She often incorporates myofascial, deep tissue, sports, and basic relaxation techniques. Lori recognises that everybody is different and she tailors each treatment to suit the individual. |
